General sales – La Clusaz Tour
Booking
The contract takes only effect after a deposit of 25% + 12 € of file fees is paid and those general sales are accepted by the customer. The balance has to be paid at least 15 days before arrival.
No booking will be made without 1 adult week skipass minimum.
The contract only applies to a defined date and a defined number of persons (children and babies included) ; failing those conditions, it can instantly be cancelled or an additional fee will be asked. In case of late arrival or early departure, no refund will be offered. Prices include rental and charges such as water, electricity or heating).
Rental

Keys, tax of stay and deposit : between 4pm and 6pm for appartments, from 2pm in hotels. The tax of stay (0,75€ per person from 14 years old and per night) is due to La Clusaz city and will be recovered by the local police if not paid. The deposit will be given back to the customer after his departure, after deduction of the price of missing objects, repair or cleaning costs.

Inventory : the owner cannot check the premises at every arrival due to the number of arrival and departure at the same time. The inventory has to be made when arriving and before leaving. Every claim regarding inventory or cleanliness has to be made within 48 hours after arrival.

Occupancy : pets are allowed only if indicated, and an additional fee can be asked. The customer will use the premises himself and is not allowed to rent it or lean it to someone else, even free. No professional activity can be held. The customer has to respect the internal rules. The owner is not responsible for every lack or diminution of services which he did not cause. The owner has the right to visit or let visit the premises during the stay (by appointment).

Insurance : The tenant has to guarantee himself against the problems that can occur during the stay. La Clusaz Tour and the owner will not be responsible in case of robbery in the premises.

Cancellation : The client has to inform La Clusaz Tour for every cancellation by e-mail on laclusaz-tour@laclusaz-tour.com. If the client has not been subscribed for a cancellation insurance, he commits himself to pay the balance payment in the case of cancellation.

Information regarding major risks : information of citizens regarding natural and technological risks is a right. This allows customers to be aware of dangers that can occur during the stay. The decree n°2005-134 dated 15/02/2005 rules the information conditions on the La Clusaz area. The Prefecture of Haute Savoie listed on 09/02/2006 the cities concerned by this rule. The list of natural disasters comes together with the decree. The prefect also listed for each concerned city the elements for risk evalution : those elements can be freely found in the city information records available in townhalls and prefecture, or internet : www.prim.net
Services
Every service bought (except accommodation) can be modified until 15 days before arrival. The complete record will be available directly at the owner’s when delivering the keys. If the balance fails to be paid 15 days before arrival, no service will be delivered. The complete payment will be requested for every booking under 15 days before arrival. The customer can get refund for non-used services by bringing them back before 10am on the very next day of arrival (no modification on accommodation). Those conditions also apply in case of lack of snow. No service can be sold on arrival (except ski insurance) : if needed, additional skipasses, ski lessons or ski hiring will have to be bought directly to the provider at public price. La Clusaz Tour and the owner will not be held responsible for case of force majeure or failure of a provider.
In case of protest, the Annecy court will be the only capable.
The tenant, after having read the general sales conditions, accepts them with the following signature.
